Affordable Housing Trust approves $267K for Bog House project

Carlisle Affordable Housing Trust unanimously approves $267,000 for Bog House housing project. The Trust allocated $200,000 in Community Preservation Act funding for project costs including permitting, legal services, and contingency planning, plus $67,000 from existing housing funds for engineering and architectural consulting with Nitsch Engineering and Gienapp Architects. The Trust also unanimously approved a $100,000 rental assistance allocation spanning two years; the program serves any Carlisle household and has assisted 15 households this year.
