Carlisle Affordable Housing Trust advances Bog House project with $40K study approval. Chair John Ballantine and the trust voted 5-0 to authorize up to $40,000 from existing funds to LandTech for an expanded site plan. Ballantine also secured unanimous approval for an application requesting $200,000 from Town Meeting and the Community Preservation Committee.
The trust noted that 179 families in town have incomes below $50,000 annually.
