Carlisle Affordable Housing Trust approves consultant invoices, advances Bog House project. Chair John Ballantine and the Trust voted unanimously on June 1 to approve $10,800 for Gienapp Architects and $750 for consultant Liz Rust, advancing the Bog House conversion into four affordable units as authorized by Town Meeting's $200,000 appropriation. Town Planner Julie Mercier noted that the required Article 97 land swap faces complications, requiring appraisals and land exchange with the State.
The Trust also faces a staffing crisis, losing three members at month's end and requiring full attendance to maintain a quorum.
