Board adopts water regulations; Health Director to retire

CARLISLE — The Carlisle Board of Health adopts new water regulations, faces Health Director retirement. The board unanimously approved revised water supply regulations effective March 1, the same date Health Director Linda Fantasia exits, prompting Chair Patrick Collins to form a search committee. The Board also approved immediate hour increases for Health Assistant Jennine Blum, raising her from 30 to 35 hours weekly with recommended promotion, and Public Health Nurse Laura Duff to 10 hours weekly to support the transition.
