School Committee Meeting Agendas (Local and Regional) · Meeting of July 30, 2026

Carlisle-Concord school committees begin design of climate and culture framework. The joint Concord-Carlisle Regional School District's Climate and Culture Working Group convened July 30, led by Brian Waterson of the Concord-Carlisle School Committee and Sandeep Pisharody of the Concord School Committee, to develop a framework linking school belonging and achievement. Dr.

Laurie Hunter, superintendent of schools, stated that belonging is a precursor to student success and that both belonging and achievement are required as goals for the coming year. The framework will integrate Panorama survey data, DESE academic and MCAS data, and Challenge Success metrics, aligning with School Improvement plans and superintendent goals. The working group plans to bring the framework to both school committees in August for input.
