Carlisle Schools standardize superintendent search interview process. The Interim Superintendent Search Committee, chaired by School Committee member Brian Waterson, selected approximately 10 interview questions for the first round of candidate evaluations. Each committee member will ask identical questions in the same order to ensure consistency across all interviews.
The committee determined that a quorum is sufficient for interviews even if not all members attend. All first-round interviews will be held in Executive Session.
