CARLISLE — ESC approves revised charter for Select Board review. At its June 4 meeting, the four-member committee unanimously voted to approve the charter revision, authorize up to $250 for a Department of Public Works invasive-species education sign, and end its memorandum of understanding with Homeworks Energy. Co-Chair Christina Christodoulopoulos will notify Homeworks of the non-renewal; residents seeking home energy assessments can now access MassSave directly.
The committee is also considering a 30-kilowatt solar installation for the fire station.
