Carlisle Conservation Commission clears major hurdle for 18-unit Woodward Village residential development. The commission unanimously approved revisions to the restoration planting plan, increasing plant stock from 24-inch to 36-inch and adding native vegetation to detention-area slopes. Conservation Administrator Meghan Sullivan confirmed the revised design addresses peer-review concerns from John Rockwood regarding riprap stability and culvert documentation.
The project, pending review since May, now proceeds through one-year monitoring with two reports required before final Certificate of Compliance approval.
