CARLISLE — Concord-Carlisle School Committee approves new amenities project manager and $400,000 funding. The committee unanimously appointed Dore and Whittier as project manager and authorized the Capital Stabilization Fund transfer to cover sewer connection, engineering, and management costs. Assistant Superintendent Robert Conry reported that actual sewer-connection costs totaled $270,000 to $280,000, below the anticipated $350,000, preserving the lower rate before town-wide increases.

Carlisle regional representatives Lynette Kelleher and Brian Waterson voted in favor, and the committee accepted $28,265 in combined grants and donations for school programs.
