Director Geoff Kotowski disclosed persistent staffing shortages from medical leaves and one March resignation, forcing him to perform vacant Social Services Manager duties in April.
The department distributed $2,400 in fuel assistance and $4,800 in rental assistance to 13 residents, though 10 reside at Benfield Farms. Transportation logged 13.1 percent year-over-year ridership growth despite staffing challenges.
