Carlisle Council on Aging names new board slate for fiscal 2027. The board unanimously elected Mary Cheever as chair, Toni McBride as vice chair, Verna Gilbert as secretary, and Abha Singhal as treasurer. The Concord Carlisle Foundation approved a $31,000 grant directed toward staff training, community meals, and direct aging-in-place assistance.
Director Geoffrey Kotowski reported fiscal year-to-date ridership increased 31 percent over the prior year, the Aging in Place Mini Fair attracted 85 participants, and the council is developing a new Community Services Coordinator position to strengthen human services coordination across town departments.
