The committee voted unanimously to place five applications on the May warrant: Gleason Library renovation ($300,000-$500,000), Carlisle Affordable Housing Trust Bog House project for affordable housing ($200,000), Carlisle/Concord Regional High School amenities building ($465,460), Council on Aging and Human Services rental assistance ($100,000), and Town Clerk vital records preservation ($14,000).
