CARLISLE — Cultural Council approves $1,200 music festival fundraiser budget. The council, led by Chair Deborah Bentley, voted unanimously on January 23 to fund the March 14 event, which will feature Two Acre Minimum and food vendors with tiered ticket pricing of $25 for adults, $18 for seniors over 65, and $15 for students. The council also unanimously approved a $10 annual domain registration for Carlislemusicfestival.org.
Deborah Bentley reported that 85 percent of grant agreements have been returned to the town, with amendments approved for the Multicultural Fair's shift from music to henna painting and the Contra Dance coordinator change from Anne Ketchen to Debby Knight.
