The committee appointed Eric Balles and Greg Zurlo as co-chairs in a unanimous vote and established bi-weekly meetings beginning January 13. The project, which is expected to exceed $10 million, faces a tight timeline to complete design and issue bid documents by March 13 for potential consideration at the May Annual Town Meeting.
The committee authorized Town Administrator Ryan McLane to initiate contractor prequalification procedures in advance of formal bidding.
