CARLISLE — The Concord-Carlisle School Committee approved February 4, 2026 meeting minutes with a split vote of 4 to 1, with one abstention, during a joint meeting on April 14. Carlisle's Brian Waterson, Vice-Chair of the Concord-Carlisle School Committee, and member Lynette Kelleher attended. The committee discussed state legislation mandating a bell-to-bell cell phone ban by 2026-2027 but deferred local policy adoption pending formal state guidelines from the Governor's office and DESE.
The board also reviewed parking and zoning issues for a proposed dry dive center addition at the Beede Center, with a formal presentation scheduled for May.
