School Committee Meeting Agendas (Local and Regional) · Meeting of March 4, 2026
CARLISLE — Joint school committees approve $40.9M FY27 budget despite Carlisle's 8.62 percent assessment rise. Assistant Superintendent Robert Conry reported the final budget of $40,887,524 reflects a 1.24 percent increase over the prior year, driven by lower health insurance premiums and over $90,000 in projected new state revenue. Committee cuts of $267,000 provided relief against Carlisle's initial request after student population shifts; Concord's assessment fell 1.47 percent.
The committees unanimously approved policies GBEBC, JJE, and KBE on second reading and unanimously adopted the Consent Agenda including warrants.
