Municipal Facilities Committee approves $7,500 for Town Hall water system repair.

Municipal Facilities Committee · Meeting of April 9, 2026

CARLISLE — Municipal Facilities Committee approves Town Hall pressure tank and water system repair funding. The committee voted unanimously to authorize $7,500 for the replacement and facility closure, with Facilities Director Stephen Connearney noting a smaller 32-gallon unit would free mechanical room space. Ongoing projects include a $1.3 million Town Hall rehabilitation borrowing article, a $515,000 library fan coil project running $185,000 under budget, and an estimated $50,000 school retaining wall repair.

The committee deferred a $60,000 walkway and stair replacement to fiscal year 2028.
