CARLISLE — Municipal Facilities Committee endorses prior minutes without new capital votes. Chair Jerome Lerman and three members present via Zoom approved three prior meeting records unanimously. Facilities Director Stephen Connearney reported the wastewater treatment plant heat system restored to service via insurance-covered board replacement, while three aging school rooftop units require manual cycling due to gas supply issues and face future replacement.

DPW Director James Hall noted a garage door opener replacement cost approximately $2,000. The town hall bathroom renovation is complete, the brick building HVAC project nears completion pending a custom door delivery, and contaminated soil removal at the police station awaits final disposal cost determination.
