Facilities Director Stephen Connearney reported the wastewater treatment plant heat system restored to service via insurance-covered board replacement, while three aging school rooftop units require manual cycling due to gas supply issues and face future replacement.
DPW Director James Hall noted a garage door opener replacement cost approximately $2,000. The town hall bathroom renovation is complete, the brick building HVAC project nears completion pending a custom door delivery, and contaminated soil removal at the police station awaits final disposal cost determination.
