Municipal Facilities Committee approves prior minutes and reviews facility projects

Municipal Facilities Committee · Meeting of January 22, 2026

CARLISLE — The Municipal Facilities Committee approved prior minutes and reviewed multiple ongoing capital projects. Chair Jerome Lerman opened the hybrid meeting with five members present. The committee voted to accept December 18 minutes with one abstention.

Fort Meadows will begin two town hall bathroom renovations at month's end; the Grant/Robbins HVAC project's Climate Leader Grant deadline has moved to August, with bid documents due that month. The library mechanical room project is out to bid; the committee will fund fan coil units pending receipt of design documents. Contaminated soil was discovered at the police department site but will not affect construction because the new garage will sit on a concrete slab.

The committee discussed building a repository for institutional knowledge, including digitized paper documents and design plans.
