Municipal Facilities Committee · Meeting of January 8, 2026

CARLISLE — Municipal Facilities Committee approves minutes and surveys facility updates. The committee unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and heard from Facilities Director Stephen Connearney on maintenance across multiple town buildings: the Highland induction fan has been replaced, a fire panel replacement is under consideration, and the wastewater treatment facility heating issue was resolved by resetting an oxidation-affected controller. The committee is moving forward on a Town Hall bathroom renovation starting in February and has committed $130,000 to complete a Grant/Robbins HVAC study and design work; the Police Department's basement concrete work is on schedule.
