Carlisle Municipal Facilities Committee approves sole-source procurement for library fan coil units. Chair Jerome Lerman, Vice Chair Bill Risso, and Members Eric Balles and Scott Jamison voted four to zero to sole-source replacement units matching existing Trane equipment, avoiding costly cabinetry and piping modifications. Facilities Director Stephen Connearney reported ongoing work at Town Hall, the Police Department, schools, and Highland; school elevator renovations will begin after the academic year ends, with Town Hall offices relocating to the lower level to maintain ADA compliance during the work.
