Carlisle Planning Board pushes major Clustered ROSC zoning bylaw from spring to fall town meeting. Chair Adelaide Grady and members Joseph Gushue and others cited insufficient runway to build community support and feared repeating the compressed MBTA Communities process, deciding instead to allow time for open houses, public engagement, and coordination with the Financial Committee and Affordable Housing Trust. The Board also voted unanimously to sunset the Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Core Committee, shifting implementation of climate recommendations to individual board and committee staff, and approved revised accessory dwelling unit site plan review rules incorporating feedback from the Board of Health and Historical Commission.
