Recreation Commission approves Summer Fun co-director position and well repair funding.

CARLISLE — Recreation Commission approves two key positions and facility upgrades. The Commission unanimously approved hiring a second co-director for Summer Fun 2026, funded through the revolving account, to strengthen supervision during activity rotations. In a separate unanimous vote, members authorized up to $15,000 from the revolving account to replace the 600-foot irrigation well piping at Banta Davis Field at $9 per linear foot.

Director Holly A. Mansfield reported the Brick Building HVAC system is being installed. The Commission received $2,400 in donations for the Neil Driscoll Memorial Fund, earmarked for a soccer-related project at Banta Davis.
