CARLISLE — Select Board approves land stewardship charter and names four committee members. Vice Chair Barney Arnold moved and the board unanimously backed a revised Land Stewardship Committee charter and voted 5-0 to appoint Adam Chojnacki, Alex Parra, Angie Burge, and Chris Spinney to the panel. The board also unanimously recommended passage of the FY27 Compensation and Classification Plan and approved an Inter-Municipal Agreement with Acton for shared plumbing and gas inspection services at an estimated annual cost of $3,000 to $4,000.
The Gleason Public Library Trustees requested an additional $500,000 in Community Preservation Act funding for library renovation, with the board deferring its formal position until May 12 pending review by the CPA Committee.
