Select Board approves Lincoln building commissioner deal, library donation, personnel policies.

Carlisle Select Board approves regional building commissioner agreement with Lincoln. Under a three-year intermunicipal agreement, the town will pay $55,000 annually with a 6 percent annual escalation cap for building commissioner services; Jon Metivier, formerly Carlisle's commissioner, will provide the work. The board also unanimously accepted $989,682 in donations and endowment investment proceeds for the Gleason Public Library renovation project and authorized a dedicated gift account.

Personnel policies incorporating all changes since 2021 and a new code of conduct for town officials and volunteers were approved with an effective date of May 26, 2026.
