Select Board · Meeting of October 6, 2026

Carlisle Select Board voted to support holding a fall special town meeting with the warrants discussed. Chair Christine Stevens, Vice Chair Travis Snell, Clerk David Thomas, Member Scott Triola and Member Rebekah Vieira were all present, and the motion carried by voice vote with no opposition. Historical Commission Co-Chair Ben Herter asked the Board to keep the special town meeting on November 16, and Town Administrator Ryan McLane reported that the proponent asked that the Bog House article be pulled after the Affordable Housing Trust said it was no longer ready.

The Board took no vote on the Ferns wastewater article, for which applicant Ben Pirri requested $225,000 to $300,000 for final design.
