The four-member committee unanimously elected Chris Spinney chair and Alex Parra vice chair for the remainder of fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2027, despite Spinney's announced retirement at month's end. Members also voted unanimously to establish formal monthly meetings beginning June 22, seeking to restore deliberate property stewardship work after a period of internal conflict.
