Trails Committee approves funding for Eagle Scout kiosk project

Carlisle Trails Committee authorizes $600 for Eagle Scout information kiosk. At the April 8 meeting, the committee unanimously approved funding to complete Lucas Milliken's Great Meadows project, which has raised $100 and is due to finish by late July. Chair Stephen P.

Tobin and the membership also greeted updates on Brady Quayle's Eagle Scout trail work and advanced trail maintenance priorities across Nine locations, from Two Rod Road boardwalks to Spalding Bridge repairs. Alan Ankers is revising the committee's charter to incorporate its five core goals for the next meeting, and Patricia Wolfe will represent the committee at a May 3 Route to Sustainability Day event.
