CARLISLE — Youth Commission approved June minutes and discussed a school-year space request for town kids. Brooke Mackintosh moved the approval, which Janelle Kapusta, Ryan Lester, Chelsea Mascari and Heather Wright approved, while Heather Wright reported that spending was increased to $25,000 for the year with approximately $14,000 remaining in the revolving account from last year. Mackintosh said the commission was not comfortable taking on the space request, which she said the school may take on instead.
