CARLISLE — June 24, 2026 — Carlisle's Natural Resources Commission approved a trail bridge for Pathfinder Farm, signed a conservation restriction amendment, and voted to reopen its search for a Warner's Pond Management Committee seat at its June 24 meeting. The commission unanimously issued negative determinations for three projects — a replacement footbridge on Concord Land Conservation Trust land at 25B Barrett's Mill Road, a new timber trail bridge at 1047 Concord Turnpike for Pathfinder Farm, and a septic system replacement at 781 Strawberry Hill Road — each carrying pre-construction site-visit and post-completion reporting conditions. It also signed a municipal certification backing a conservation restriction amendment at 216 Westford Road, where owner Morris Tyler and the Iger Line Conservation Trust sought to add an 18-foot planting buffer inadvertently omitted from a 2009 restriction.
